The Roaming Hand is a drifting demon spirit that tricks lonely, desperate lovers into pacts that, instead of rekindling a lost love as promised, allows it to possess the victim's hand (and eventually entire body) to commit sprees of delirious violence.

This is a story of young Eva's deal and dealings while in the grip of the Roaming Hand.
